I worked with Mike Hennigar on my loan here, and I've gotta say, I've never had a more professional and exceptional experience. First, our prior mortgage was messed up by our prior broker (not at this firm), and when I talked to a second broker at an even different firm, they offered me very little help. When I spoke to Mike, not only did he beat my other offers, but he made the process so seamless and smooth that it allowed me to focus on my work, and not on the process. Big Ben's helped us with our move and they did amazing! They showed up a few minutes early to our storage unit which I appreciated. They sent Cole, Devin and Hunter and they were all very careful with our belongings while also being efficient. To empty a 10X15 storage unit that was stuffed full (like, really stuffed full), drive about 13 miles, then unload the truck took three guys a little over two hours. The only thing that surprised me was on the phone initially, I was told they'd send two guys and a truck, the two guys showed up without the truck at first (the truck was parked by our storage facility so no biggie) and a third guy showed up as well, in the end I think it would probably have ended up costing the same anyway though. I would definitely use Big Ben's again!

Great experience start to finish. They showed up exactly on time, they have a huge truck to make sure to fit everything, they immediately got to work, and we’re friendly throughout. They were conscientious the whole time both about our things as well as their labor hours. They were also very calculated and safe in moving the big important items.
